Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has sold his apartment in Silver Beach Haven Co-operative Society in Juhu, Mumbai. The sale has been done for Rs 6.11 crore. This information has come to light from IGR (Inspector General of Registration) property registration documents. The transaction was registered in December 2024. According to the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the built up area of the apartment sold by Shakti Kapoor is 81.84 sqm (about 881 sqft). This transaction involved stamp duty of Rs 36.66 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
