Shameful! In Maharashtra, miscreants molested the daughter of a Union Minister, scuffled with the security guard, Raksha Khadse reached the police station to file an FIR, 1 arrested

Minister Daughter Harassed: A shocking case has come to light from Maharashtra. Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha Khadse's daughter was molested by some youths during a fair in Muktainagar area of Jalgaon district. One of the miscreants who molested Raksha Khadse's daughter has been arrested. The Union Minister himself went to the police station and lodged a complaint about the molestation of his daughter. DYSP Kushanat Pingade said that during a visit to Kothari village on February 28, 2025, the accused Aniket Bhui, Piyush More, Soham Kodi, Anuj Patil, Kiran Mali and Sachin Palve made inappropriate comments on three or four girls. We have registered a case under molestation, POCSO and various sections.

The officer said that one of the accused has been arrested and further investigation is underway. According to news agency IANS, he said, "One of the accused, Aniket, had two or four cases registered against him earlier. There was a scuffle with the security guard of the Union Minister at the fair. His complaint has also been taken and a case has been registered in this matter." Currently, on the complaint of the Union Minister, the police have started searching for the remaining accused.

Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Raksha Khadse, told the media on Sunday (March 2), "On Friday night, my daughter had gone to see the fair in Muktainagar. During this, some boys molested her. Today I have come to the police station regarding this matter and have lodged a complaint against the culprits."

She said, "I have come to the police station to seek justice not as a Union Minister and MP but as a mother. If my own daughter is not safe then what will be the condition of others? I will demand strict action from the state government regarding the implementation of the law. If the daughter of a representative is being molested then what will happen to others?"

She further said that I will meet the Chief Minister and demand action against such incidents. According to the report, Raksha Khadse's daughter had gone to Kotdi village of Muktainagar for a walk with three-four other girls. During this, some miscreants molested them.

CM's statement came

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis assured that strict action will be taken against the accused. "Some office-bearers of a party have done this. It is a despicable act, police have registered a case and some people have been arrested. Such molestation is wrong, they cannot be forgiven and strict action will be taken against them," he said on Sunday. The CM said one of the accused has been arrested while search is on for the other six suspects. He said police informed that a case has been registered under POCSO Act, molestation and IT Act.

SDPO Muktainagar Krishant Pingale said, "On February 28, 2025, there was a yatra in Kothli village of Muktainagar taluka. Aniket Ghui of Muktainagar town and his 6 friends were participating in the yatra. In this yatra, Aniket Ghui and his friends followed 3-4 girls and molested them. So we have registered a case under sections of stalking, molestation and POCSO Act as well as IT Act. Former minister and Raksha's father-in-law Eknath Khadse said that the police have received many complaints against these youths earlier also.
