Bihar Crime News Video: On Tuesday (March 26) evening, a crazy young man shot two people dead on the platform of Ara railway station in Bihar. Then later he shot himself. All three died on the spot. There was chaos at the railway station for some time after the firing. It is being told that a crazy man killed a father and daughter on Tuesday late evening at Ara railway station. Prima facie, the police is investigating this incident assuming a love affair to be the reason behind it.
It is being told that on Tuesday, Anil Kumar was going towards platform number 2 with his daughter Ayushi alias Jiya from the foot over bridge at Ara railway station. Then a young man reached there and shot the father and daughter. After this, he also shot himself. By the time people could understand anything, two dead bodies had fallen on the foot over bridge between platform number 2-3.
All three died on the spot. Hearing the gunshot, a stampede-like situation broke out on the platform. Railway police and local administration also reached the spot. According to the police, all three died on the spot. The deceased have been identified as Anil Kumar (55), his daughter Jiya Kumari (18) and the accused youth Aman Kumar (22), a resident of Asni village in Udwantnagar police station area.
It is being told that father Anil had reached the railway station to drop his daughter who was going to Delhi. At present, the reason behind the incident is not clear. However, the police is prima facie investigating the case by linking it to a love affair. The police reached the spot and took the bodies into custody.
According to news agency IANS, the police have taken all three bodies into their custody and sent them to the hospital for postmortem. The officials are currently investigating the entire matter. Senior district police officials and railway police have also reached the spot.
