Weather Report: With the beginning of the month of April, summer has also started in the entire country. IMD has also issued a warning of sunshine and heavy rain in many states of the country, from north to south. The Meteorological Department said that due to cyclonic circulation, a warning has been issued of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in many states of the country till April 4.

According to the IMD, from March 31 to April 4, strong winds with a speed of 30 to 60 kmph can blow in Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Telangana, coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe, Konkan, Goa and Madhya Maharashtra. Along with this, there is also a possibility of thunder and lightning.

According to the IMD, there is a possibility of lightning along with strong winds in Gujarat on April 1 and 2. Apart from Gujarat, similar weather can be seen in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and interior Karnataka. At the same time, thunderstorms are expected in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Rayalaseema from April 2 to 4. At the same time, Mysore, Hassan, Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru and Chamarajanagar in South Karnataka may experience moderate rains along with strong winds at a speed of 40-50 kmph. On April 3, heavy rains and hailstorms are expected in some areas of Kodagu, Hassan and Chikkamagaluru.

On the other hand, due to the effect of western jet in the middle and upper atmosphere of Northeast India, light to moderate rain may occur in South Assam, Northeast Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura on April 2. Also, strong winds may blow at a speed of 40-50 km per hour and thunderstorms may also occur. There is a possibility of heavy rain in some areas. On April 1, many areas of Rajasthan are likely to remain cloudy. There may also be light rain at some places, which will provide some relief from the heat.
